Apps
Apps are the instances which you create in Appitara to connect to the External Websites or Systems.
Webhook URL
It is the short url which Appitara generates for you to add to the webhook settings page of the corresponding websites.
Messages
It is the messages which are posted from the websites to the webhook url generated above.
Stories
Appitara parses the technical message from external websites to simple messages so that you can understand them easily.
Heroes
We believe that the heroes of any business are the customers. Many of the messages which will be coming from the external systems/websites will be attached to a particular customer whom we call heroes.
